Deputy Prosecutor Chandelle Konstanzer says Milazzo, hiking with her husband and sister, hitting in the middle of the road. There is no evidence that alcohol was involved in the accident, he said.

Konstanzer said Farry lived in the scene after the crash. Milazzo died at a hospital about an hour later.

Farry–who has no previous record–will be back in court on January 10 for the readiness of the Conference. Preliminary hearing set on 31 January.
